SUMMARY OF POSITION |
The Senior Accountant is responsible for supporting the full cycle accounting for Oberalp North America. The role will work directly with the Finance and Administration Manager to ensure timely and accurate month and year-end close activities through preparation of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and monthly close reporting. The role will support the department by overseeing duties relating to accounts payable, sales commissions, employee expenses, balance sheet reconciliations, and income and sales tax topics. The role will collaborate with all interoffice departments to implement and enforce internal controls. |
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIES | |
The main responsibilities of the Senior Accountant will be accounts payable management, balance sheet reconciliations, sales agent commissions, employee expense reporting, and tax preparation. Primary responsibilities listed below:
